Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the products we produce and as a company, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality is of the utmost importance to us and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if not, then you can either exchange it for something else in our product range or return it to us and we will give you your money back.


We ask that we receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of receipt of the product. It must be unused, in its original packaging with the original packaging and labels still attached and in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

Unfortunately, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs associated with returns under this policy, unless in exceptional circumstances. Please make sure that you retain a proof of postage for your records from the Post Office or your courier as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items not reaching us. Sarah Hollier will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.


We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy and will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.
